Ordering a Roundel or Icon

To begin your commission, please fill out the form with your request and contact information. I’ll follow up by phone so we can discuss the details together.

I charge for materials upfront, and labor is billed upon completion—either before shipping or at the time of pickup. If you're financing through Affirm or Shop Pay, please note that you’ll be charged the full amount at the time of purchase, as these platforms process payment in full.

Custom Work & Materials

I can recreate previous designs, but each piece will be unique. I work entirely by hand—no 3D printing or CNC machines. I use traditional and electronic hand tools, including handheld rotary carving machines, and materials such as hardwood, copper, and occasionally silver.

Some commissions may include elements of repoussé or enameling in addition to carving and general metal/jeweler work. Because each piece is one of a kind, I may adjust materials or design elements to ensure your commission looks its absolute best.

Turnaround time typically ranges from 30 to 90 days but can exceed that depending on the complexity of your request and how many pieces I’m working on at once.

Refunds & Damage Policy

Material costs are non-refundable, as they cover the supplies needed to begin your piece. However, if your commission arrives damaged, I offer a refund minus 10% of the labor and shipping cost—provided you notify me within five days of receiving it.

After that window, I do not offer refunds, but I’m committed to making things right. I’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that means repairs, adjustments, or another form of compromise.

Repair Policy

If your piece is damaged during shipping or experiences a repairable accident within one year of purchase, I’ll do my best to fix it at no charge—unless the damage requires a full remake.

Please note: Any damage caused by personal alterations or intentional misuse is your responsibility. And yes, I can tell the difference between an accident and vandalism.

Payment Options

I accept Affirm, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and major credit cards. If you're local, I also accept cash. I do not accept checks due to the complications they can cause.
